Enable Keyboard Shortcuts

Toggle keyboard shortcut processing on or off. When enabled, keyboard shortcuts — such as using arrow keys to adjust sliders — are active throughout the application.

Before you start

• AetherSDR must be running and connected to a radio.

Steps

1. Click View in the menu bar.
2. Click Keyboard Shortcuts to toggle it on or off. A check mark indicates shortcuts are enabled.

What each control does

Control	Description	Default
Keyboard Shortcuts	Checkable menu item. When checked, keyboard shortcut processing is active (e.g. arrow keys on sliders). When unchecked, shortcuts are suppressed.	See tips

Tips

• If arrow keys or other keyboard shortcuts are interfering with text entry or other input, uncheck Keyboard Shortcuts to disable shortcut processing.
• To change which keys are bound to which actions, use View > Configure Shortcuts....
